orange v. fullerton

i am trying to diminish my time spent in fullerton.
i am so over that city and the people who live there (besides j and d). i can't wait to transfer schools.

so here are some reasons why orange kicks fullerton to the curb:

+ our ruta's is decorated better
+ our downtown (orange circle) in is the shape of a circle and isn't bar/frat row.
+ the george II antique store is bigger than george I
+ orange hill restaurant has much better food and a better view than the summit house.
+ chapman university kicks csuf
+ we have a fast food row
+ we have a mall with a dippin' dots. fullerton doesn't have a mall.
+ orange park acres is an equestrian community and has nicer/bigger houses than fullerton hills
+ we have 7 albertsons, 3 of which have starbucks coffee stands
+ we have a drive thru starbucks
+ orange has better thrift stores and the stores, for the most part, are located in the same shopping complex.
+ we have more bordering cities (tustin, irvine, santa ana, anaheim, anaheim hills, villa park, garden grove); fullerton only has four bordering cities (buena park, brea, anaheim, placentia).
+ the 55 fwy is cleaner than the 57 fwy
+ orange is closer the beach
+ we had a chipotle and panera first.
+ our taqueria de anda is in a better neighborhood.
+ we welcome the hiking/cycling community
+ our CVS still has a sav-on sign on their marque.
+ our gelato cafe is cheaper
+ because we are closer to the beach, the temperature are a few significant degrees cooler than fullerton.
+ i live in orange

joyce had her halloween party last friday. it was a blast. her long beach friends are really nice.

engagement party yesterday. our back yard was completely transformed. someone wore a MJ dress and i knew it. aubrey said that i am disgustingly obsessed. i may or may not post pictures. i've been kind of lazy lately.

halloween is going to fun this year. derek and i are going to take my cousin trick-or-treating so we can get candy and rot our teeth. we will also play board games and trade music all night.

i can't decide what is better: the working Baldwin organ downstairs or the fat free milk in my refrigerator, which enables me to enjoy a good bowl of cereal.

yesterday's telephone conversation serves as the best telephone conversation i have ever had.

jimmy (my brother) and i have been getting along lately. there is a sweet-loving rivalry between him and i. he thinks that he listens to better music than i do. haha, obviously, we all know who wins in this little competition.

last night, diana and i saw the album leaf. i think of all the concerts i've been to this one is on the top of the list as being one of my favorites. jimmy lavalle is talented. i wish i could have climbed up on top of the stage and stole all his equipment. on stage, he had about five different moog synthesizers as well as a mixing board. his rhodes seventy-three is in such good shape.

i netflix-ed the shinning. worst thing i could have ever done. i couldn't watch the whole thing. i thought i was going to pee my pants from being so scared.

it's kind of exciting, this wedding business. the engagement party is coming up and aubrey has to pick the wedding site by saturday. we are going to look for dresses too. i am a bride's maid! :D

i've been listening to good music lately. i think i am going on my K recs kick again.

hooray. i am off of my starbucks kick and back to the boba business. yesterday, joyce and i spent three hours in lollicup studying. it was good and productive.
